Our philosophy
LJSSA currently welcome all persons whose interests and
activities include La Jolla, the La Jolla Shores area, community
and the surrounding oceans. It is our great hope that in joining
our club you will donate some of your time to the betterment of La
Jolla Shores. Your membership dues help to fund the club and
the many events we host or sponsor.
We are surfers, dog walkers, community activists,
neighbors,students, veterans...LJSSA welcomes everyone
regardless of your surfing ability. We invite you to attend one of
our upcoming activities. Call or email President Lorraine
Schmalenberger for coffee or attend one of our upcoming
meetings. We ask that a (current) club member "sponsor" you on
your membership application.
